Two buildings were built: the Clubhouse, overlooking the ninth green of the golf course, and the Pavilion, facing the tennis courts. The Clubhouse, with dining room and lounge, is for year-round use; the Pavilion, with pro shop and locker rooms, is for seasonal use only. A circular drive and connecting pergola give access to both buildings.
